Description: Trevor Slattery, who was captured at the end of Iron Man 3, is currently held in Seagate Prison. Despite his imprisonment, he lives a luxurious life, complete with a personal “butler” named Herman and a group of inmates who act as his fan club and provide protection. Slattery is interviewed by documentary filmmaker Jackson Norriss, who aims to document the events surrounding the Mandarin situation from Iron Man 3. Norriss delves into Slattery’s past, recounting his early acting career as a child and his role in a failed CBS pilot. During the interview, Norriss reveals that Slattery’s portrayal of the Mandarin has upset certain groups, including the real Ten Rings terrorist organization, whose existence Slattery was unaware of. Norriss explains the history of the Mandarin and the terrorist group before disclosing that he is actually a member of Ten Rings. The true purpose of the interview is to orchestrate Slattery’s escape from prison so he can meet the real Mandarin. However, Slattery remains oblivious to the full consequences of his impersonation.
