Description: “Looks That Kill” is a 2020 movie available in Hindi and English dual audio. The story follows sixteen-year-old Max Richardson, who struggles with a life-threatening condition: his face is lethally attractive. Everything changes when he meets Alex, a girl with her own unusual medical issue. Alex suffers from a rare heart disease called cardiomegaly, which causes her heart to enlarge if she experiences any emotion, such as happiness, anger, sorrow, or jealousy. If the condition worsens, her heart could fail.
The two meet after Max accidentally causes the death of his therapist. Desperate, Max contemplates suicide but is stopped by Alex, who tells him, “You jump, I jump.” This encounter sparks a connection between them. Max searches for Alex and eventually finds her at her bus stop. Together, they embark on a journey of young love and self-discovery. Alex even introduces Max to a retirement home where she volunteers, a place she has never shared with anyone else.
Their relationship faces challenges when Max’s mask is torn off by bullies at a school dance, leading to the accidental death of his best friend’s girlfriend. Max is arrested but later bailed out. As Alex’s heart begins to fail due to her refusal to take her medication, Max spends her final days by her side. After her passing, Max takes on the role of an “angel of death,” offering euthanasia to those who request it.
