Description: In *Lethal Weapon 4* (1998), LAPD Sergeants Martin Riggs and Roger Murtaugh face new challenges as personal and professional lives collide. Hong reveals he is searching for his uncle, a skilled engraver who funded their journey to the U.S.
Riggs discovers that the father of Murtaugh’s grandchild is Detective Lee Butters, a fact Murtaugh finds unbearable due to his disapproval of his daughter marrying a police officer. The case deepens as they uncover a crime syndicate led by “Uncle” Benny Chan and Wah Sing Ku, a high-ranking Triad negotiator. Despite setbacks, including the escape of the smuggler captain, the officers persist in their pursuit of justice.
