Description: Lego Batman: The Movie – DC Super Heroes Unite (2013) tells the story of Batman and Superman teaming up to confront a dangerous alliance between Lex Luthor and the Joker. The duo arrives at LexCorp only to encounter a massive robot piloted by the villains, which uses a kryptonite weapon to overpower Superman and crush Batman. The story then shifts to two days earlier in Gotham City, where Bruce Wayne wins the “Man of the Year” award during a ceremony. However, the event is disrupted by the Joker and his gang of villains, who steal the award and showcase a strange gas that temporarily makes people adore the Joker. Bruce quickly transforms into Batman, and with Robin’s help, they defeat the villains, including Harley Quinn, the Riddler, Two-Face, the Penguin, and Catwoman. The Joker attempts to escape but is ultimately captured at a nearby carnival. Despite their victory, Lex Luthor devises a plan to use the Joker’s gas for his own gain. He breaks the Joker out of Arkham Asylum using a kryptonite-powered weapon called the “Deconstructor,” which also releases other inmates. Batman and Robin respond to the chaos, recapturing the escaped villains. However, they soon discover the Joker’s absence and the strange energy emitted by the Deconstructor. Later, Batman and Robin investigate a break-in at Ace Chemicals, realizing it was orchestrated by the Joker. Before they can uncover the villain’s plan, the factory is destroyed by a series of explosive chemical reactions triggered by the Joker, leaving them to piece together the mystery.
