Kranti Rayanna, an NRI business tycoon, is invited by his mentor Srikantaiah to attend the 100th-anniversary celebration of the government school he attended as a child. Upon returning from Europe for the event, the school collapses during the function. Kranti later discovers that Salatari, a cunning businessman, plans to privatize 12,000 government schools with the help of corrupt Education Minister Vaman Rao and gangster Narasappa. This scheme has already resulted in the deaths of several students and left many teachers unemployed.
Determined to fight back, Kranti launches a revolution against Salatari, Vaman Rao, and Narasappa. He confronts and defeats Narasappa’s son, Nanjappa, and forces the closure of private schools to draw the Chief Minister’s attention. In a crucial meeting, Kranti delivers a powerful speech emphasizing the importance of government schools in providing free education to alleviate parents’ financial burdens. The Chief Minister, convinced by his arguments, orders the renovation of government schools and halts their privatization. Ultimately, Vaman Rao resigns from his position, and Salatari is arrested.
This story highlights the struggle for the preservation of government education against corruption and privatization.
