Description: College students Vivia, Jennifer, and Phoebe decide to join a sorority at Briggs College. During hell week, the sorority’s housemother, Mrs. Henshaw, warns them against holding initiation rituals at Pratt House, an abandoned fraternity nearby. She visits Pratt House and pleads at Allan’s tombstone in the overgrown garden to leave the students alone if they enter. Inside, Mrs. Henshaw is killed by an unseen attacker.
On the day of the initiation, the trio breaks into a fraternity to steal clothing for their hazing. Jennifer meets Blake, who becomes romantically interested in her. Later, Martin, a shy classmate, returns a book Jennifer dropped. That night, the students go to Pratt House for their hazing ceremony. During the ritual, strange events occur, including flickering lights and flying glasses. Vivia investigates noises and is seemingly beheaded, but it turns out to be an elaborate prank using a dummy.
The next day, Martin drives the students to the sorority to learn their fates. All three are accepted, though Vivia’s prank was the deciding factor. Veronica, the sorority leader, demands Vivia repeat the prank at an upcoming masquerade party at Pratt House. Meanwhile, Professor Zito recalls a tragic hazing incident 22 years ago that led to Allan’s death by guillotine.
