**Storyline:**
Additional Commissioner of Police, AD.CP Naidu, forms a team of five officers to escort Dr. Iqbal Ansari, an alleged ISI agent accused of inciting riots, from Chandangarh to Mumbai. The team includes DCP Anant Shrivastav, Senior Inspector Shekhar Verma, Sub-Inspector Ashwin Gupte, and constables Kamlesh Sawant and Gajanan Mhatre.
Meanwhile, Yashwant Aangre, a mysterious figure, begins tracking the team for unknown reasons. Upon arriving in Chandangarh, they encounter Mahalakshmi, a school teacher, who informs them about suspected terrorists who had secretly stayed on her school premises. Together with Ansari and Mahalakshmi, who hopes to travel to Mumbai, the team embarks on a journey by road.
Throughout the mission, Aangre repeatedly attempts to sabotage their efforts but fails. When their vehicle breaks down, the team seeks refuge in an isolated bungalow. Anant contacts Naidu to update him and request backup. It is then revealed that Aangre is a corrupt former police officer dismissed and imprisoned after Anant exposed him for orchestrating a fake encounter that killed five innocent men.
At the bungalow, Aangre and his men attack the team. Shekhar considers surrendering Ansari to Aangre, but Anant resists. The plot takes a dramatic turn when Ansari reveals that the terrorists aim to kill him, not free him. He explains that he was falsely framed as a terrorist after refusing to cooperate with corrupt individuals. Ansari discloses that the communal riots were engineered by minister Deodhar, who eliminated social workers gathering evidence against him. Ansari’s involvement began when journalist Bhaskar Joshi approached him for post-mortem reports to expose Deodhar, but Joshi was murdered, and Ansari was wrongfully accused.
