The story opens with a woman falling from the terrace of an apartment building. Inspector Kaalidas (Bharath), a dedicated and compassionate officer, is introduced as he persuades a man not to take his own life. Kaalidas then begins investigating the woman’s death, initially presumed to be a suicide. As part of his duties, he visits residential areas, encouraging residents to seek police assistance for their problems. However, his intense workload strains his relationship with his wife, Vidyaa (Ann Sheetal).
One day, a mysterious man (Aadhav Kannadasan) arrives at Kaalidas’s home seeking to rent a space. Vidyaa eventually agrees to lease the first floor of their house to him, discovering he is a disc jockey. Meanwhile, another woman dies under similar circumstances, falling from her apartment terrace. The Deputy Commissioner of Police (Velraj) enlists the help of the seasoned Assistant Commissioner of Police (Suresh Menon) to aid in the investigation.
Kaalidas suspects the deaths might be linked to the Blue Whale Challenge, while the ACP believes they are connected to deliberate murders. Upon further investigation, it is revealed that both victims shared several similarities: unhappy marriages, no children, and the apartment cameras were either non-functional or turned off during the incidents. When the police recover the second victim’s smartphone, they uncover intimate conversations between her and a man named Aarav (Yukendran). A similar discovery is made regarding the first victim, pointing to an extramarital affair.
