Description: Lal decides to launch a tourist bus service and seeks help from his brother-in-law, Das. Together, they purchase a shabby-looking bus from Chor Bazar for two lakh rupees to transport passengers from Bombay to Goa. Lal acts as the conductor, while Das takes on the role of the driver. They offer tickets at a 40% discount, attracting a variety of passengers, including Vetti Kutti Anna and his two bar dancer daughters, Deepa and Lajjo; writer Aditya Chopra; a runaway couple, Abdul Karim Telgi and Husna Khekeda; a diabetic patient, Charandas; and others. Along the way, they pick up an elderly man named Harley Davidson, Dr. Kushal Bhardwaj, India’s cricket team, and a four-person Nautanki group. After dropping off some passengers, including the cricket team and Harley, they later discover that Harley has been fatally injured in an accident. Before dying, Harley reveals that he had stolen a fortune in diamonds and jewelry 20 years ago, hidden in Madgaon, and hands them a map to the treasure.
Meanwhile, Atmaram (Nazir Hussain) and his wife (Dulari) are shocked to see their daughter Mala’s (Aruna Irani) pictures in a magazine. They arrange her marriage with Ramlal’s (Agha) son, but Mala opposes the idea and is thrilled that the two people she trusted, Verma (Shatrughan Sinha) and Sharma (Manmohan), submitted her photos to a magazine and were ready to sign her for a Bollywood film. Unable to reconcile with her parents’ disapproval, Mala runs away from home with a significant amount of money, which she hands over to Sharma and Verma. Greed consumes Sharma and Verma, leading to Verma’s death. After witnessing Sharma kill Verma, Mala is now on the run for her life and boards a bus from Bombay to Goa. “Journey Bombay to Goa: Laughter Unlimited” is a 2007 film that blends drama and humor, taking viewers on an unforgettable ride.
