Description: Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back is a 2001 comedy film. The story begins when Jay and Silent Bob receive a restraining order from Randal Graves for selling drugs outside the Quick Stop. They later discover from Brodie Bruce that Miramax Films is producing a movie based on the comic book “Bluntman and Chronic,” which is inspired by their characters. Seeking compensation, they visit Holden McNeil, the co-writer of the comic, but learn that he sold his rights to Banky Edwards.
Frustrated by the film’s negative online reception, Jay and Silent Bob decide to travel to Hollywood to stop the movie from damaging their reputation and to claim their rightful royalties. Along the way, they meet an animal liberation group consisting of Justice, Sissy, Missy, Chrissy, and Brent. Unbeknownst to them, the group is using their cause as a cover for a diamond heist.
Jay becomes infatuated with Justice and convinces the group to let them help with their mission. Together, they free animals from a lab, taking an orangutan named Suzanne. Meanwhile, the girls steal diamonds, but Jay and Silent Bob believe they have died in an explosion while escaping.
Federal Wildlife Marshal Willenholly investigates the escaped animals and stumbles upon a video of Jay calling himself “the clit commander.” Misinterpreting the situation, Willenholly labels Jay and Silent Bob as terrorists and launches a manhunt for “the two most dangerous men on earth.”
