Description: Jan Dara is a 2001 film set in 1930s Siam, focusing on a boy named Jan who grows up in a wealthy but highly dysfunctional family where sexuality dominates everyone’s lives. This affair causes Jan to hesitate in pursuing Hyacinth, and he eventually writes her a farewell letter. Meanwhile, Kaew becomes attracted to Saisoi and plots revenge against Khen for his relationship with her. In a manipulative act, she accuses Jan of rape, leading to his banishment from the house. Before Jan leaves, Waad reveals the shocking truth about his parentage—he was conceived after his mother was gang-raped, leaving his true father’s identity unknown.
