**Plot Summary:**
In 1986, Lorraine Lambert seeks the help of demonologist Elise Rainier to assist her son Josh, who is being haunted by the spirit of an elderly woman. During their investigation, Elise suffers an unexplained injury, leading her to conclude that Josh’s astral projection abilities must be suppressed for his safety, and his memories of these powers erased.
Twenty-five years later, Josh’s wife, Renai Lambert, is interrogated about the mysterious death of Elise. She is warned that if Josh’s fingerprints are found at the scene, he could be charged with murder. Josh, Renai, and their children—Dalton, Foster, and Cali—move into Lorraine’s house, where they begin experiencing disturbing supernatural events.
