**Storyline:**
The film continues the story of Jennifer Hills, picking up from *I Spit on Your Grave*. After surviving her assault and exacting revenge on her attackers, Jennifer avoids conviction and relocates to Los Angeles. No longer an aspiring writer, she works as an assault hotline operator and attends group counseling under the alias “Angela Jitrenka.” She also undergoes personal therapy to cope with her trauma. Jennifer’s experience has left her deeply distrustful of men, including her colleague Matthew, who shows genuine interest in her.
During group counseling, Jennifer forms a bond with Marla, a fellow survivor who shares her distrust of men. Together, they seek poetic justice for victims of sexual assault. However, when Marla dies under suspicious circumstances with no one held accountable, Jennifer’s faith in the system shatters. Detective McDylan, investigating Marla’s death, fails to deliver justice or closure, pushing Jennifer to take matters into her own hands.
One by one, Jennifer hunts down unpunished rapists, torturing and killing them. Her targets include Marla’s estranged boyfriend, the stepfather of a young group member, and the rapist of Oscar’s daughter, a male member of the support group. When Jennifer’s plan to kill the rapist backfires and he is shot by police, she is taken into custody. Oscar, sympathetic to Jennifer’s cause, confesses to the murders and dies from self-inflicted wounds, freeing Jennifer from suspicion.
Despite her release, Jennifer remains under police surveillance. She descends into further disillusionment, unable to distinguish well-meaning men from predators. Dressed provocatively to lure men, she attacks Matthew and attempts to kill a local thug but is shot and arrested by Detective McDylan.
The film reveals that Jennifer’s therapy sessions are part of her mandatory treatment after a two-year sentence for attempted murder. As she completes her final session, Jennifer fantasizes about killing her therapist and other rapists, imagining herself as their executioner. However, this is revealed to be a daydream, leaving her walking away clean, suggesting her quest for vengeance remains unresolved.
