Description: Hunterrr 2015 is a Hindi film that revolves around Mandar Ponkshe, an unconventional man in his early 30s who is a self-proclaimed sex addict and a player. Unlike his married friends with families, Mandar is solely focused on pursuing one-night stands. The movie begins with his friends urging him to settle down, but Mandar defends his lifestyle, comparing sex to a basic physical need like a “perfect” bodily function. He separates love from sex, claiming the former is unnecessary for the latter.
The story then shifts to Mandar’s teenage years in 1989. During a visit to his village in Maharashtra with his cousin Dilip, he meets another cousin, Kshitij, who is wise beyond his years. By the end of the trip, Mandar realizes he’s no longer a child and begins exploring relationships, adult films, and fantasies about women.
By 1995, Mandar is an engineering student in Pune, still accompanied by Dilip and Kshitij, now an army officer. Mandar’s pursuit of Parul leads to a scandal in the hostel, resulting in his expulsion. He moves into a small flat, where he encounters Jyotsna, a housewife, and becomes infatuated with her. Meanwhile, Kshitij continues to charm numerous women at Mandar’s place. In a subplot, one of Kshitij’s girlfriends reveals that her friend Anju is suffering from abuse by her father.
