Storyline:
College students Paxton and Josh are traveling across Europe with their Icelandic friend Óli. In the Netherlands, they visit a nightclub in Amsterdam, followed by a brothel. Unable to return to their hostel due to a curfew, they accept an offer from a man named Alexei to stay at his apartment. He persuades them to visit a hostel in Slovakia, claiming it is filled with beautiful and eager women, instead of going to Barcelona.
The trio boards a train to Slovakia, where they encounter a Dutch businessman who touches Josh’s leg. Josh reacts angrily, causing the man to leave. Upon arrival in Slovakia, they meet their hostel roommates, Natalya and Svetlana. The women invite them to a spa and later to a disco. Outside the disco, Josh has a confrontation with a group of local criminal kids, identified as Gypsies. The Dutch businessman intervenes to help Josh, who later apologizes and buys him a beer.
Paxton and Josh spend the night with Natalya and Svetlana, while Óli leaves with the desk girl, Vala. The next morning, Óli is nowhere to be found, and the desk clerk claims he has checked out. They are approached by a Japanese woman named Kana, who shows them a photo of Óli and her missing friend, Yuki. The group later receives a selfie message from Óli, supposedly confirming he has gone home. However, Óli has been decapitated, and Yuki is being tortured elsewhere.
Josh becomes anxious to leave, but Paxton convinces him to stay another night with Natalya and Svetlana. Both women secretly slip tranquilizers into the men’s drinks. Josh feels sick, returns to the hostel, and faints on his bed. Paxton, also feeling unwell, ends up locked in the pantry.
