The story follows an assassin who joins forces with a woman to help her locate her father and uncover secrets about her past. While hiding in a hotel room, Smith, an operative for Syndicate International, reveals to Katia that the man she is searching for is her father. Using clues about her father’s knowledge, age, love for orchids, and medical condition (lung cancer), Katia deduces his possible location. Before she can share this with Smith, Agent 47 arrives, kills Smith, and kidnaps her.
When Katia wakes up, 47 explains that she is an Agent, genetically enhanced by her father to surpass even 47 himself. He also reveals her true name is “quatre-vingt-dix,” French for “90.” 47 trains her to use her heightened senses in combat, and together, they battle Syndicate forces. They face Smith again, who, now equipped with subdermal armor, is resistant to bullets. Despite the odds, 47 and Katia manage to escape. Katia insists that 47 promises not to harm her father and finally reveals Litvenko’s location: Singapore. Meanwhile, Diana, 47’s handler, alerts another Agent in Singapore about the situation.
47 and Katia locate Litvenko, who apologizes for abandoning Katia, claiming he only wanted to protect her. He refers to 47 as her “brother.” However, Syndicate soldiers attack, forcing the group to flee. During the chaos, Litvenko is captured by the Syndicate, but not before 47 secretly hands him an inhaler.
Smith tortures Litvenko under Syndicate director Antoine Le Clerq’s orders, but Litvenko refuses to restart the Agent program. 47 hacks into the Syndicate’s communication system, and Katia crashes a stolen helicopter into their building. Disguised as a firefighter, 47 infiltrates the facility. Together, they fight through Syndicate security forces. In the final confrontation, 47 defeats Smith by electrocuting him.
