Shubhankar Roy (played by Jeet) was a college student and the son of Bhabani Shankar Roy (played by Rajjak), a respected head constable. Known for his arrogance, Shubhankar clashed with a group of antisocial individuals, leading to an attack on him. Puja (played by Koyel Mallik), the sister of police superintendent Indrajit Sen (played by Tapas Pal), rescued him and took him to the hospital. Over time, Shubhankar fell in love with Puja.
When Puja informed her brother about their relationship, Indrajit became furious and violently confronted Shubhankar. However, Bhabani Shankar intervened to protect his son. Determined to end their relationship, Indrajit hired an antisocial named Baburao to eliminate Shubhankar. During an attempt on Shubhankar’s life, Puja was accidentally injured, and Shubhankar rushed her to the hospital. This incident deepened their bond, and Puja also fell in love with him.
Despite their growing affection, Indrajit refused to accept their relationship and made relentless efforts to kill Shubhankar. With the help of Madhabi (played by Laboni Shankar) and his friends, Shubhankar and Puja managed to escape. Although Baburao continued to harass them, Indrajit eventually came to terms with their love and allowed them to marry.
The story revolves around the challenges faced by Shubhankar and Puja as they fight for their love against all odds.
