Description: After their trip to White Castle, Harold Lee and Kumar Patel decide to head to Amsterdam so Harold can surprise his crush, Maria. At the airport, they run into Kumar’s ex-girlfriend, Vanessa Fanning, who is engaged to Colton Graham, a college acquaintance of Harold’s from a politically connected family. During the flight, Kumar’s new invention, a smokeless bong, is mistaken for a bomb, leading to their arrest by sky marshals. Ron Fox, a paranoid and racist Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security, labels them as part of an Al-Qaeda and North Korean conspiracy, sending them to Guantanamo Bay despite warnings from NSA Vice-Chairman Dr. John Beecher.
After narrowly escaping an assault at the camp, Harold and Kumar flee to Miami, where they reconnect with their friend Raza, who lends them a car to travel to Texas. They hope Colton can help clear their names. Along the way, they face a series of chaotic events, including crashing their car in an African-American neighborhood in Alabama, encountering an incestuous family, and narrowly escaping a Ku Klux Klan rally. Meanwhile, Fox employs increasingly aggressive and racist methods to track them down.
Later, while hitchhiking, they are picked up by Neil Patrick Harris, who helps them bypass a checkpoint but takes them to a brothel, where a confrontation ends tragically. Upon reaching Texas, Colton initially agrees to help but betrays them after witnessing Kumar and Vanessa’s rekindled connection, handing Harold and Kumar over to Fox.
