The plot unfolds in 1998 in Guntur, where two notorious criminals, Marx and Lenin, set fire to a mirchi factory owned by Satyam. In the chaos, Satyam confronts them, leading to a tragic series of events where he takes the blame for his brother-in-law’s murder of Lenin, resulting in a 12-year prison sentence. During this time, Satyam’s son Ramana suffers a serious eye injury that leaves him partially blind. The situation worsens as Satyam’s wife, Vasundhara, abandons Ramana, returning to her father Venkata Swamy.
Fast forward 25 years, Venkata Swamy rises to political power, making Vasundhara a minister. However, they face threats from a rival politician, Kata Madhu, who threatens to reveal Ramana’s identity as Vasundhara’s son. In an attempt to silence the opposing party, Venkata Swamy pressures Ramana to deny his family ties in exchange for money, but Ramana is determined to see his mother one last time.
