Description: Gandhi 1982 Full Movie in English 720p and 480p

**Storyline:**
On January 30, 1948, during his evening walk to a prayer service, the elderly Mahatma Gandhi is greeted by a large crowd of admirers. Among them is Nathuram Godse, who shoots Gandhi at point-blank range. Gandhi exclaims, “Oh, God!” before collapsing and passing away. His state funeral attracts millions of mourners from all walks of life, while a radio commentator reflects on Gandhi’s profound influence and contributions to the world.

In 1893, a 23-year-old Gandhi is forcibly removed from a first-class train compartment in South Africa, despite holding a valid ticket. This incident reveals the systemic discrimination against Indians, prompting Gandhi to launch a non-violent protest campaign for their rights. As British subjects, he argues, Indians deserve equal privileges. After numerous arrests and global attention, the government concedes by granting certain rights to the Indian community.

In 1915, following his success in South Africa, Gandhi returns to India as a national hero. He is urged to lead the fight for India’s independence from the British Empire. Gandhi agrees, organizing a massive non-violent, non-cooperation movement that mobilizes millions of Indians nationwide. Despite setbacks—such as violent crackdowns, Gandhi’s imprisonment, and the 1919 Jallianwala Bagh massacre—the campaign gains significant attention and puts immense pressure on Britain.

In 1930, Gandhi stages the symbolic Salt March to protest the British salt tax. He also attends a conference in London to discuss Britain’s potential withdrawal from India, though the meeting yields no results. After the Second World War, India finally achieves independence. While the nation celebrates this victory, the challenges ahead remain daunting.
