**StoryLine:**
High school student Wendy Christensen visits an amusement park in Pennsylvania with her boyfriend Jason Wise, her best friend Carrie Dreyer, Carrie’s boyfriend Kevin Fischer, and their classmates to celebrate their graduation. While boarding the Devil’s Flight roller coaster, Wendy has a terrifying vision of the ride malfunctioning, resulting in a fatal accident. She convinces nine people, including Kevin, her friends Ashley Freund and Ashlyn Halperin, alumnus Frankie Cheeks, athlete Lewis Romero, and goth couple Ian McKinley and Erin Ulmer, to exit the ride. However, Jason and Carrie are forced to stay and tragically die when the roller coaster derails.
Weeks later, Kevin shares the story of Flight 180’s explosion and the survivors’ eventual deaths, leading them to believe they might be in a similar situation. Their fears are confirmed when Ashley and Ashlyn die in a tanning salon incident caused by malfunctioning tanning beds. Realizing that Death is pursuing them, Wendy and Kevin analyze photos from the night of the roller coaster crash, searching for hidden omens that could help save the remaining survivors.
At a drive-thru restaurant, they narrowly escape a runaway semi-trailer truck after observing Frankie’s photo. The next day, they fail to save Lewis, who is fatally injured by a gym accident involving a Bowflex machine. Wendy and Kevin then find Ian and Erin working at a hardware store, where a chain reaction involving a forklift allows Wendy to save Ian. However, Death claims Erin when she falls victim to a nail gun.
While identifying obscured faces in the photos, Wendy realizes the last two survivors are her sister Julie and a friend. Rushing to the local tricentennial fair, Wendy and Kevin make a final desperate attempt to save them from Death’s relentless pursuit.
