Description: On May 13, 2000, high school student Alex Browning boards Volée Airlines Flight 180, a Boeing 747, along with his classmates for their senior trip to Paris. Before takeoff, Alex experiences a terrifying premonition of the plane exploding mid-air, killing everyone on board. When events from his vision start unfolding in real life, chaos ensues, leading to a fight between Alex and another student, Carter Horton. As a result, Alex, Carter, and several others are removed from the flight. Moments later, the plane explodes upon takeoff, confirming Alex’s vision. The survivors, now haunted by the tragedy, face suspicion from FBI agents Weine and Schreck.
Thirty-nine days later, after attending a memorial for the victims, an unusual chain of events causes Tod, one of the survivors, to die in a bizarre accident. Alex, along with another survivor, Clear Rivers, investigates Tod’s death and learns from a mortician that escaping their intended fate has disrupted Death’s plan. Death is now reclaiming the lives of those it missed. As Alex pieces together a pattern in the deaths, he realizes that Death is targeting the survivors in the order they were meant to die on the plane. Despite his efforts, he fails to save others, including their teacher, Ms. Lewton, who meets a tragic end. The survivors must confront their mortality as Death continues to pursue them.
