Description: “Fifty Shades Freed,” released in 2018, follows the story of newlyweds Christian and Anastasia as they navigate challenges in their relationship. Their honeymoon is cut short when they learn of a break-in at Christian’s corporate headquarters. The intruder, Jack Hyde, is identified as Ana’s former boss, who was previously fired for sexual assault. Meanwhile, Ana is introduced to a new personal security team.
Christian surprises Ana with a new house and hires an architect, Gia Matteo, to redesign it. Gia’s flirtatious behavior towards Christian annoys Ana, who confronts her and demands she stop. When Christian travels for work, Ana defies his wishes to stay home and meets her friend Kate. Kate shares her suspicions that her boyfriend, Christian’s brother Elliot, may be having an affair with Gia. On her way home, Ana encounters Jack Hyde, who attempts to kidnap her. He is subdued and arrested by her security team.
Christian and Ana argue over her decision to go out, with Ana asserting her need for independence. To mend their relationship, Christian organizes a trip to Aspen with their friends. During the trip, Elliot proposes to Kate, and it is revealed that Gia was only helping Elliot choose an engagement ring.
The couple continues exploring their intimate relationship, but complications arise when Ana announces her pregnancy. Christian struggles with the news, feeling unprepared for parenthood, and goes on a drinking spree. Ana later discovers that Christian met with his ex-lover, Elena Lincoln, leading to further tension. After a heated argument, they confront their differences and discuss the importance of their unborn child in their lives.
