Description: In 1980, a girl is captured in the woods and taken to a cabin by cult members. Her father burns her alive after discovering she is a demon. Twelve years later, David Allen and his girlfriend Natalie arrive at the same cabin, where they reunite with David’s sister Mia and their friends Eric, a teacher, and Olivia, a nurse. The group plans to stay in the cabin to help Mia overcome her heroin addiction. Soon after, Mia experiences severe withdrawal symptoms and complains of a strong stench of decay, which no one else notices. While exploring the cabin, David finds the cellar filled with rotting animal carcasses, a shotgun, and a mysterious book called *Naturom Demonto*.
Ignoring warnings, Eric reads an incantation from the book, unleashing an evil force. Mia begins hallucinating, seeing a bloody girl in the woods, and begs the group to leave. They dismiss her fears, attributing them to withdrawal. Mia takes Eric’s car to escape but crashes after seeing a naked girl on the road. She runs into the woods, where demonic vines trap her. A demonic version of herself appears, and a vine enters her body, possessing her.
David discovers his murdered dog and a bloodied hammer, then confronts Mia in the shower, where she scalds herself. He attempts to drive her to a hospital, but flooding blocks the road. That night, the possessed Mia shoots David. Olivia tries to retrieve the gun but is overpowered by Mia, who vomits a vile substance on her before falling into the basement. Olivia later becomes possessed and attacks Eric with a shard of glass and a hypodermic needle. Mia lures Natalie into the cellar, attacking and molesting her before David intervenes, allowing Natalie to escape.
