Description: In the magical kingdom of Andalasia, Queen Narissa, a wicked sorceress, devises a plan to secure her throne by preventing her stepson, Prince Edward, from finding his true love. She instructs her loyal servant Nathaniel to keep Edward preoccupied with hunting trolls. Meanwhile, Giselle, a hopeful young woman, dreams of meeting her prince and living happily ever after. With the help of her chipmunk friend Pip and forest animals, she creates a statue of her ideal love. When Edward hears Giselle singing, he sets out to find her. Nathaniel releases a troll to eliminate Giselle, but Edward saves her, and the two fall in love, planning to marry the next day.
Disguised as an old hag, Narissa ambushes Giselle on her way to the wedding and pushes her into a well. Giselle is transformed into a live-action version of herself and transported to Times Square in New York City. Lost and frightened, she struggles to navigate the unfamiliar real world. Meanwhile, Robert, a divorce lawyer, prepares to propose to his girlfriend Nancy. While returning home with his young daughter Morgan, they encounter Giselle. Reluctantly, Robert allows her to stay in their apartment after Morgan insists, believing Giselle is a princess.
Pip and Edward journey to the real world to rescue Giselle, also becoming live-action versions of themselves. Pip, now a real chipmunk, loses the ability to speak and communicates only through squeaks. Narissa sends Nathaniel to hinder Edward’s efforts, providing him with three poisoned apples. Anyone who eats an apple will fall asleep until midnight, after which they will die.
The story unfolds as Giselle adapts to the real world while Edward and Pip face obstacles in their mission to save her. Meanwhile, Robert begins to question his feelings as he grows closer to Giselle, leading to unexpected twists in their intertwined destinies.
