**Plot Summary:**
Georgekutty, a self-made businessman running a cable TV service in a rural area, leads a simple life with his wife Rani and their two daughters, Anju and Anu. Despite dropping out of school early, Georgekutty’s passion lies in watching movies, often spending hours in front of the TV in his small office.
The family’s peaceful life takes a dark turn during a nature camp when Anju is photographed in the bathroom by Varun Prabhakar, a troubled teenager and the son of Inspector General Geetha Prabhakar. Varun blackmails Anju, threatening to share the compromising photos on social media unless she agrees to his demands. When Rani discovers the situation and confronts Varun, he escalates the conflict by making inappropriate advances toward her. In a moment of anger and desperation, Anju accidentally kills Varun during a struggle.
Horrified by the incident, Rani and Anju hide Varun’s body in a compost pit, witnessed by their younger daughter, Anu. Georgekutty is informed of the tragedy and begins crafting a meticulous plan to protect his family from legal consequences. He disposes of evidence, including Varun’s phone and car, while ensuring their actions go unnoticed by the authorities. To create a solid alibi, Georgekutty takes his family on a trip to Thodupuzha, where they attend church, watch a movie, and dine at a restaurant.
When Varun’s disappearance prompts an investigation led by Geetha Prabhakar, Georgekutty and his family are brought in for questioning. Anticipating this, Georgekutty had already coached his family to maintain a consistent alibi. Under interrogation, each family member provides identical accounts, supported by receipts and tickets from their trip. The story unfolds as Georgekutty’s clever strategies are put to the test against the relentless pursuit of justice.
