**Plot Summary:**
In a distant land, villagers from Storm Village accidentally open a mysterious tomb, releasing two strange spheres and the spirit of an ancient wizard named Uranda Sama, the leader of Storm Village. The wizard possesses the body of a wolf, while one of the spheres ends up in Nobita’s neighborhood, and the other in Wind Village. The sphere in Nobita’s area breaks open, releasing a peculiar cyclone-like creature.
At first, Suneo attempts to capture and keep the creature as a pet but fails. Meanwhile, Nobita, returning home while eating ice cream, encounters the cyclone, which snatches his treat. Nobita chases it, and the cyclone throws the ice cream at Gian, angering him. Gian tries to retaliate but ends up falling into a trash bin. The cyclone follows Nobita to his house, causing chaos and upsetting his mother. Despite the trouble, Nobita becomes fond of the creature and decides to keep it.
To hide it from his mom, Nobita uses a gadget to transform the cyclone into a doll-like toy. He shows it to Shizuka, but the creature runs away after being scolded for mischievously blowing up her skirt. Later, the cyclone returns to Nobita, who names it Fuuko and decides it is a girl.
With limited space in his neighborhood, Nobita, his friends, and Doraemon use the Anywhere Door to travel to a hidden location: Wind Village. There, they encounter unique creatures, meet remarkable individuals, and befriend Temujin and his family.
