Description: Three teenagers—Butch, Davis, and Angel—are sent to the Enola Vale juvenile detention center in Montana. The story centers on Butch, who is imprisoned for assaulting and blinding a correctional officer. Goodyear, a strict yet fair officer, advises the new inmates to follow the rules and serve their time peacefully to earn a second chance at life outside. Initially, Butch tries to comply, but he and his friends are soon targeted by the facility’s main bully, Banks, and his associates, Eckersley and Looney.
Refusing to identify his attackers, Butch is placed in solitary confinement. Upon his release, he seeks revenge, brutally assaulting Banks and his gang, establishing dominance among the inmates and providing temporary safety for Davis and Angel. However, tensions escalate when Angel dies during a physical altercation with Goodyear. Witnessing the incident, Butch is confined again while an investigation is conducted.
Without Butch’s protection, Davis becomes a victim of rape by Looney and Eckersley. Desperate, Davis attempts to contact his mother but is denied, leading him to take his own life. The deaths of Angel and Davis spark a hunger strike among the inmates. In a chaotic confrontation in the cafeteria, Butch triggers a full-scale prison riot, attacking Looney. The overwhelmed officers respond with riot gear, tear gas, and plastic bullets to regain control. During the chaos, Butch attempts to escape but is captured and beaten by the officers.
