**Plot Summary:**
Jayam Pakshitap, known as J. P., is a ruthless business tycoon who leads “J. P. Orbit.” He is infamous for aggressively taking over companies. His latest target is Nanda Gopal Chakravarthy’s “People Mart,” which he plans to acquire as a birthday gift for his son, Arya Pakshitap. However, J. P. faces resistance from Anand Chakravarthy, Nanda Gopal’s son and the company’s future CEO, who is determined to protect the business.
Meanwhile, Swami, a clever but unemployed man and Anand’s lookalike, lives with his family—his father Vasudeva Rao, mother Yashoda, and younger sister Subbu. Struggling to find work, Swami is also stressed about Subbu’s upcoming wedding. During the wedding preparations, he meets Pranavi, Subbu’s friend, and they develop feelings for each other. Pranavi’s father, Ramesh Reddy, a friend of Chakravarthy, arranges Pranavi’s marriage to Anand instead. Confused by Anand’s resemblance to Swami, Pranavi rejects the proposal, leading Ramesh to send thugs after Swami.
At the same time, Arya and his henchmen attempt to kill Anand. Pranavi calls Swami for help, only to discover that Anand and Swami are the same person. Swami fights off both Ramesh and Arya’s gangs but is knocked out by one of them and presumed dead. He survives, fakes his death, and later explains to Pranavi about his dual identity. Swami reveals that he was adopted by Chakravarthy after getting lost in a fair during his childhood. Years later, the truth about his past unfolds.
