**Plot Summary:**
The story continues from the previous film, following Inspector Chulbul Pandey, who now serves as the head of a police station in Kanpur. He lives with his wife Rajjo, his half-brother Makkhi, and his stepfather. When a child is kidnapped from a school, Chulbul steps in to resolve the situation. In Kanpur, a hitman murders a witness who was about to testify against a feared criminal. Chulbul tracks down the assassin and kills him in a café. The criminal, Thakur Bachcha Singh, is a struggling politician. After public confrontations, Bachcha’s brother, Genda, pressures him to eliminate Pandey, threatening Chulbul’s family if he continues to interfere in Bachcha’s illegal activities.
Genda causes further trouble by harassing a young woman and attempting to kidnap her during her wedding. Chulbul intervenes and warns Genda to leave. When Genda refuses and insults Chulbul, a confrontation ensues, resulting in Genda’s death. Meanwhile, Rajjo becomes pregnant, and Chulbul is urged to avoid conflict with Bachcha for the safety of his family. However, Bachcha vows to avenge his brother’s death before the upcoming election.
Bachcha confronts Rajjo and Makkhi outside a temple, shooting Makkhi and pushing Rajjo down the stairs. Both survive, but Rajjo suffers a miscarriage and a head injury. Devastated by the loss of his unborn child, Chulbul storms Bachcha’s hideout, killing his men and capturing Bachcha. When Bachcha threatens him, Chulbul retaliates by shooting him twice in the chest. Later, Chulbul and Rajjo welcome their first child, a son. The film concludes with a humorous moment as the photographer from the first movie, “Dabangg,” returns to take a family photo, leaving everyone laughing.
