Description: Ryo Saeba and Kaori Makimura are tasked with finding Shizuko Imamura, the runaway daughter of a Japanese newspaper CEO. Frustrated by Ryo’s indifference to her affections and his flirtatious behavior, Kaori abandons the mission. Ryo eventually locates Shizuko at a skateboarding park, but she evades him and escapes in disguise.
Shizuko boards a luxury cruise ship, the Fuji Maru, using a ticket she discovered in a stolen suit. Meanwhile, Kaori and her cousin also join the voyage, while Ryo sneaks aboard to track Shizuko. Unbeknownst to them, a terrorist group led by MacDonald plans to hijack the ship and take the wealthy passengers hostage. Police Officer Saeko Nogami and her partner pursue the terrorists.
Shizuko overhears MacDonald’s scheme but is discovered by his men. After fending off an attacker, she flees and encounters the ship’s first officer, who reveals his involvement with the terrorists. When he tries to silence her, Ryo intervenes and saves her. A shootout erupts, leading to the officer’s death, while Ryo and Shizuko escape into the ship’s cinema, where they use Bruce Lee’s techniques from “Game of Death” to defeat two formidable opponents.
In the ship’s casino, MacDonald disrupts a party, killing the captain and terrorizing the guests, including Saeko and her partner. He forces the wealthy passengers into a sadistic card game. Kao Ta, a skilled card player, joins the game and, with Saeko’s help, puts an end to MacDonald’s tyranny.
