Description: The 2012 film *Chronicle* tells the story of Andrew Detmer, a lonely teenager from Seattle who faces constant bullying and struggles with his alcoholic father while caring for his mother, who is battling cancer. Andrew begins documenting his life through video recordings. At a party, he gets into a confrontation after being humiliated, but Steve Montgomery, a popular student, intervenes and invites Andrew to investigate a mysterious hole in the woods. Steve and Matt, who experience nosebleeds when their powers are overused, set out to find him, uncovering the emotional turmoil Andrew is enduring.
