**Storyline:**
Debraj Roy is an independent MLA representing the constituency of Debnagar in West Bengal, where he is known for his dedication to the welfare of the poor and his idealistic principles. A tragic accident leaves Debraj in a coma after a truck collides with the car he is in alongside his brother, Angshuman. While his family holds onto hope, the world believes him to be dead.
Years later, Abhiraj “Abhi” Roy, Debraj’s son and a police officer in Mumbai, is on a mission to take down a notorious mafia don, Guru Nayak, involved in drug trafficking, extortion, and arms dealing. During an undercover operation in Kuala Lumpur, he meets Pooja, the daughter of his senior officer, Madhusudan Bakshi, and quickly falls in love. Initially, Pooja rebuffs his advances, prompting Abhi to step back.
Despite the setback, Abhi successfully completes his operation by arresting Nayak’s brother, Bunty. Upon returning to India, he reunites with Pooja, who now shows an interest in him. Unfortunately, as tensions rise, Bunty and the police commissioner are killed in the attempt to capture Nayak. In a shocking revelation, Abhi learns from Debraj’s loyal follower, Shivu, that Nayak, along with Debraj’s rival, Apurba Ghosh, and others, orchestrated the accident that left Debraj in a coma. Fueled by revenge, Abhi plots to take them down.
When Debraj awakens from his coma, doctors warn his family that any distressing news could jeopardize his health. Consequently, Abhi conceals the truth about the accident and relocates his family to a mansion they had abandoned, which is now repurposed for film production.
