Description: Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation (1994) Storyline
On May 22, 1994, four teenagers—Barry, Heather, Jenny, and Sean—attend their school prom. Heather discovers Barry cheating on her with another girl and angrily storms out of the dance, followed by Barry, who tries to explain himself. Their argument is interrupted by Jenny and Sean, who are in the backseat smoking marijuana. Heather takes a detour off the freeway and, while distracted, collides with another driver, who loses consciousness in the chaos. Jenny, Heather, and Barry leave Sean to watch over the unconscious driver while they go to seek help.
They stop at an office trailer and meet Darla, an insurance agent, who promises to call her boyfriend, Vilmer, a tow truck driver. As they head back to the crash site, Heather and Barry get separated from Jenny in the dark. Vilmer arrives at the wreck, kills the unconscious driver, and then chases Sean in his truck, eventually running him over.
Heather and Barry stumble upon a rundown farmhouse in the woods, where they are held at gunpoint by the owner, W.E. Barry asks to use the bathroom, and W.E. allows him inside, while Heather is attacked on the porch by Leatherface, who captures her and locks her in a meat locker. Barry discovers a corpse in the bathtub before Leatherface kills him with a sledgehammer. Leatherface then impales Heather on a meat hook.
Jenny returns to the crash site, where she encounters Vilmer, who offers her a ride. She accepts, but Vilmer threatens her and shows her the bodies of Sean and the driver. Jenny escapes by jumping out of the truck and fleeing into the woods. Leatherface attacks her, leading to an intense chase. She seeks refuge with Darla, who reveals her alliance with the killers when W.E. arrives and shocks Jenny with a cattle prod. They lock Jenny in Darla’s trunk, and Darla leaves to pick up pizzas for dinner. After enduring torment from Vilmer, Jenny briefly escapes and tries to drive away in Darla’s car.
