Kaylee, now struggling with addiction and working as a waitress, has been tirelessly searching for her sister, who vanished into the dark world of human trafficking. After discovering a potential lead, Kaylee encounters a local trafficker, who drugs her and subjects her to degrading treatment, preparing her for a buyer interested in a “Native girl.” She is later abducted by Bobby, the son of the trafficking ring’s leader, Willie.
Awakening alone in a basement, Kaylee uses a hidden razor blade to free herself. When Bobby and the buyer return, Kaylee overhears Bobby’s taunts about her futile search. As the buyer attempts to assault her, she fights back, killing him and escaping. Willie and his crew arrive to dispose of the body, unaware that Kaylee is hiding in Bobby’s car, where she witnesses Willie’s harsh treatment of his son. Determined to find her sister, Kaylee’s journey remains fraught with danger and desperation.
