**Storyline:**
Vikram Kapoor (Neil Nitin Mukesh), a famous fashion designer, experiences a severe accident one night. On the same night, Sarah Brigenza (Shama Sikander), one of his top models, is found dead in what appears to be a suicide. Vikram survives but becomes paralyzed, confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life. During his absence, Radhika Nair (Adah Sharma), his girlfriend, takes charge of his fashion studio. Vikram returns to his family home, where his father Pratap Kapoor (Rajit Kapur) and stepmother Romila Kapoor (Gul Panag) reside—a place he had left years ago. Radhika frequently visits to care for Vikram.
The police suspect Sarah’s death was not a suicide but a murder, and Vikram becomes the prime suspect. The gun used in the crime belongs to Vikram’s father Pratap, who had previously reported it missing. Meanwhile, Vikram faces a series of near-fatal accidents at home, orchestrated by his stepmother Romila, who aims to secure her daughter Nandini’s claim to Pratap’s wealth.
A flashback reveals that Sarah and Vikram had a one-night stand. Despite being engaged to Jimmy (Taher Shabbir), Sarah wanted to be Vikram’s girlfriend. After being rejected, a distressed Sarah shot herself in an underground garage. Shocked, Vikram realized no witnesses would prove his innocence if her body was found there. He transported her body to her home, where it was later discovered.
In the present, Vikram observes Romila’s ex-boyfriend Narang Kapoor (Sudhanshu Pandey) sneaking into his house to meet her secretly, suggesting their involvement in the accidents that nearly killed him. Vikram also feels that someone is secretly monitoring his every move.
