**Storyline:**
Blade heads to Prague in search of his mentor, Abraham Whistler, who was believed to have died after an attack by Deacon Frost. However, Whistler had been turned into a vampire, though his transformation was incomplete. Blade rescues him and cures him using an accelerated retro-viral serum. Whistler then meets Scud, Blade’s new weapons and vehicle technician.
Meanwhile, a deadly pandemic known as the “Reaper virus” is spreading, turning vampires into “Reapers.” These mutants are stronger, harder to kill, and nearly invulnerable to most weapons, except sunlight. They have an insatiable hunger and can turn anyone they bite, whether human or vampire, into a Reaper. To combat this threat, vampire overlord Eli Damaskinos sends his minion, Asad, and his daughter, Nyssa, to form a truce with Blade.
Reluctantly, Blade allies with the vampires and joins forces with the Bloodpack, an elite group originally assembled to kill him. The team includes Asad, Nyssa, Reinhardt, Chupa, Snowman, Verlaine, her lover Lighthammer, and Priest. Blade plants an explosive on Reinhardt’s head to keep him in check.
The group investigates the House of Pain, a vampire nightclub, where they encounter the Reapers and discover their immunity to typical vampire weaknesses. Nomak, a Reaper leader, captures Nyssa and tries to recruit Blade, as both share hatred for vampires. However, the mission takes a toll: Priest is bitten and transformed into a Reaper, leading to his mercy-killing, while Lighthammer conceals a bite he sustains.
Whistler disappears, and Scud is attacked by Reapers but manages to fend them off using UV lights. Blade confronts Nomak, who proves immune to Blade’s weapons, leading to a stalemate battle that ends when Nomak retreats from the sunlight.
Whistler returns with information about the Reaper Nest in the sewers. Nyssa studies a dead Reaper to learn more about them, and Scud and Whistler create UV weapons for the team. The group enters the Reaper Nest, splitting up to spread out. Lighthammer transforms into a Reaper and kills Snowman, while Verlaine sacrifices herself by exposing both of them to sunlight to eliminate Lighthammer.
The story unfolds as Blade and his allies battle the Reaper threat, testing their alliances and survival skills in the face of a powerful and relentless enemy.
