Description: In the 2011 film “Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap,” ACP Karan vows to rid Mumbai of all gangsters within two months. In response, gangster Kabir Bhai plots to eliminate Karan. Enter Vijju, an aging hitman who returns to Mumbai after a long stay in Paris to carry out one final mission. As various gangsters and Vijju target Karan, Karan attempts to reconnect with his old college friend Tanya. Meanwhile, Tanya’s friend Amrita becomes suspicious about the past relationship between Vijju and her mother due to their unusually close bond. Vijju eventually clarifies that he is not a contract killer but is instead protecting his son, ACP Karan, whom he had been estranged from for years.
Vijju’s past as a gangster led to his separation from his wife, Sita, and son, Karan, who remained unaware of his father’s identity. Vijju also denies any romantic involvement with Amrita’s mother. Later, Vijju reunites with his estranged wife but fails to mend their relationship. Meanwhile, Karan successfully wins over Tanya and her conservative father. In a turn of events, gangster Tedha shoots Karan despite Vijju’s efforts to prevent the attack.
Injured and enraged, Vijju rushes Karan to the hospital and confronts Kabir at his hideout. After delivering a story with three moral lessons, Vijju reveals that Karan is alive and that the police have surrounded the area, accusing Tedha of being an undercover officer. A violent shootout ensues, resulting in Vijju eliminating most of the gangsters. Kabir eventually discovers that Vijju is Karan’s father and realizes Tedha was not an undercover officer, leading to a shocking conclusion.
