**Storyline:**
The movie begins with Ronnie grieving over a corpse, with Siya arriving at the scene, leading to a flashback sequence.
Set 15 years earlier, young Ronnie often protected his innocent older brother, Vikram, from bullies. Ronnie would step in to fight off anyone who troubled Vikram. Their father, Inspector Charan Chaturvedi, disapproved of Ronnie’s aggressive behavior. Tragedy struck when Charan was fatally shot while trying to rescue people during a riot. Before his death, he made Ronnie promise to always protect Vikram, which Ronnie vowed to do.
After their father’s passing, Ronnie and Vikram grew up under the care of their uncle, a police officer. Years later, Vikram encounters trouble with a group of goons at a movie theater after accidentally spoiling their leader’s shirt. Siya, who had just met Vikram, tries to help, but the goons beat him up. Ronnie arrives, apologizes, and tries to leave, but upon noticing blood near Vikram’s ears, he retaliates violently, nearly killing one of the goons. Vikram and their uncle intervene to stop him. Later, their uncle offers the brothers jobs in the police force, but Vikram declines.
With multiple cases against him, Ronnie realizes he can’t join the police force. He encourages Vikram to take up a police position in Agra. On his first day, Vikram witnesses henchmen of a criminal named IPL brutally burn a man to death in front of the police. Shocked by the cops’ inaction, Vikram learns about an officer whose daughter was killed by the same criminals he tried to bring to justice.
The story takes a darker turn when it’s revealed that IPL works for Abu Jalal Gaza, a Syrian terrorist who kidnaps families to use them for terrorism.
