Description: A night of partying takes a dark turn for a group of five friends when they’re involved in a car accident, hitting a man on the road. It turns out the man is a patient at a nearby hospital, and an ambulance arrives to take both the injured man and the friends for medical checks. However, they soon discover the hospital staff has sinister intentions.
Hospitals can be unsettling places, but this one is especially eerie—nearly empty, bathed in strange red and blue lights, and staffed by odd characters. The doctor in charge seems to have strayed far from the Hippocratic oath, making the situation even more alarming.
“Autopsy” fits well into the hospital horror subgenre, offering a fast-paced narrative without the usual lags. It avoids the cliché of drawn-out scenes of characters wandering hallways, though some are present. Instead, the film builds genuine tension, keeping viewers guessing about the friends’ fate—will they escape or fall victim to the hospital’s horrors?
With a solid cast and a gripping story, “Autopsy” delivers a memorable night of terror for the group of friends caught in this nightmare.
