Description: In a village, a group of people, led by Ayyanar, are tasked with cleaning a palace that its owners intend to sell. One night, the palace cook is terrified by a supernatural presence and vanishes without a trace. The next day, Eshwari returns to the village with her husband, son Muliankannan, her older brother, and her niece Maya. They, along with their late elder brother’s son Murali and his wife Madhavi, have come to finalize the sale of the palace to Ayyanar. Meanwhile, Paalsamy infiltrates the palace disguised as a cook, searching for a photograph that proves he is also an heir, allowing him to claim a share of the proceeds.
As the family settles into the palace, strange occurrences begin to unfold. Madhavi spots a servant’s daughter conversing with a mysterious girl named Selvi, whom no one else can see. The girl’s mother dismisses it, explaining her daughter has a mental condition. These eerie incidents delay the palace sale, forcing the family to extend their stay. Soon, two more servants go missing. Ravi, Madhavi’s elder brother, arrives at the palace to visit his sister. When Madhavi and Maya inform him of the odd events, Ravi installs cameras throughout the premises with Maya’s assistance.
While reviewing the camera footage, Ravi observes a worker retreating from something unseen before the feed abruptly cuts off. Simultaneously, a fortune teller outside the house flees in fear after witnessing something terrifying. The following day, the bodies of the missing servants are discovered in a nearby pond. Shocked, Ravi consults the fortune teller, who reveals he saw a worker killed by a woman possessed by a vengeful spirit. The fortune teller hands Ravi an egg, explaining it will spin when near the possessed individual. To Ravi’s horror, the egg reacts to Madhavi.
