Brothers in arms for life.|Sep. 11, 2014|Canada, Luxembourg|94 Min.|R
Genre: Action
Description: James, a man with nothing to lose, owes his life to his older brother Frankie, who took the blame for a crime they both committed. While Frankie served time, James worked to turn his life around, securing a job as a mechanic and starting a relationship with Emily, a police dispatcher. When Frankie is released, he drags James into a heist as the getaway driver.
Initially, James refuses, especially since the heist is orchestrated by Frankie’s associates, Sugar and Ray, whose violent tendencies and anti-banking rhetoric make him uneasy. James suggests they cut ties and escape, but Frankie feels indebted to his associates for protecting him during his time in prison, where he endured abuse and humiliation. Frankie also hints that Emily might be in danger if James doesn’t participate. Reluctantly, James agrees, and the brothers spend the next few days reconnecting. James tearfully ends his relationship with Emily, hoping to keep her safe.
On the day of the robbery, the crew is joined by Spoonie, who helps create diversions around the city. They plan to access the bank vault using codes obtained earlier. However, the heist goes awry when an eyewitness spots Frankie through a window and notices James waiting in a car. She alerts the authorities, leading to a swift police response.
As sirens approach, James enters the bank to warn the group, only to discover that Spoonie has fled with the getaway vehicle, leaving them stranded. Surrounded by police, the brothers face an uncertain fate.
