**Storyline:**
Akelinder, also known as Bhangari Dada (Kader Khan), owns a shop in Chor Bazaar that he operates illegally. He lives with his wife and his only daughter, Kiran (Raveena Tandon). Determined to see his daughter marry a gangster, Bhangari begins his search for a suitable match. He finds Shakti Dada (Shakti Kapoor) and wants him to marry Kiran. However, Kiran is already in love with Raj (Govinda), a wealthy man with no ties to crime. To appease her father, Kiran convinces Raj to pretend to be a gangster temporarily. They seek the help of a trainer named Subramaniam (Johnny Lever), who teaches Raj how to act like a gangster. Raj successfully adopts the gangster persona, but Bhangari’s father unexpectedly intervenes, expressing his disapproval of Kiran marrying a gangster. Will Raj be able to clear his name and win Bhangari’s approval?
