**Storyline:**
Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya, portrayed by Naveen Polishetty, faces a personal tragedy when he learns of his mother’s death in the middle of the night. He returns to his hometown, Nellore, from his college in Bhopal, only to find that his mother had already been cremated by his uncle.
The story then jumps forward three years. Athreya has since become a detective in Nellore, working alongside his assistant, Sneha (Shruti Sharma), who aids him in solving cases for the Fathima Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Together, they tackle minor cases like solving a temple robbery and investigating the disappearance of a milk packet from someone’s house.
One day, Athreya’s writer friend, Sirish, informs him about an unidentified body found in Venkatachalam. When Athreya arrives at the scene, the police arrest him on suspicion of murder. In jail, he encounters a man who introduces himself as Maruthi Rao. Rao recounts the tragic story of his daughter, Divya, who went missing one night in Ongole and was later found murdered. He provides Athreya with three phone numbers—Ajay, Harsha, and Vasudha—believing these individuals were the last to contact Divya before her death.
Athreya and Sneha begin investigating based on the phone numbers. They confirm that Ajay and Harsha were in Ongole on the day of Divya’s murder, but Vasudha’s whereabouts remain unknown. Following both Ajay and Harsha, Athreya and Sneha trail them to a car rental agency, a mortuary, and a railroad. Eventually, Athreya spots Divya along a highway, but she appears unresponsive and unfamiliar with the Telugu language.
Upon further investigation, Athreya discovers inconsistencies in the story. The police station in Nellore reveals no record of a Maruthi Rao being transferred in the past three days. Additionally, inquiries at the rural station reveal that the man claiming to be Maruthi Rao is actually Gopalam. A follow-up at the Ongole station uncovers that the body found on the day Divya was allegedly murdered was male, not female.
Later, Athreya finds Ajay brutally murdered and is once again arrested as the prime suspect.
