The story begins with a large crowd eagerly awaiting the performance of Rahul Jaykar, a once-successful singer and musician whose career is declining due to his struggle with alcohol addiction. During his performance in Goa, Rahul is interrupted by Aryan, a fellow artist whose career has been overshadowed by Rahul’s success. A confrontation ensues, leading Rahul to leave the stage and retreat to a local bar. There, he meets Aarohi Keshav Shirke, a bar singer who idolizes Rahul. Noticing Aarohi’s admiration for legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar, Rahul assumes Aarohi has dreams of becoming a singer. Impressed by her talent and simplicity, Rahul promises to transform her into a singing sensation and convinces her to stop performing in bars.
With Rahul’s encouragement, Aarohi quits her job and moves to Mumbai with him. Rahul arranges a meeting with record producer Saigal to showcase Aarohi’s talent. However, Rahul is attacked by thugs shortly afterward, leaving him injured and unable to answer Aarohi’s call. His manager, Vivek, decides to keep the incident under wraps and spreads a false story that Rahul has left the country for stage shows. Aarohi’s attempts to reach Rahul go unanswered, and after two months of silence, she is forced to return to singing in bars due to family circumstances.
Meanwhile, Rahul recovers from his injuries and begins searching for Aarohi. He discovers that she has resumed working in bars and learns that Vivek had ignored her calls without informing him. Rahul apologizes to Aarohi and fires Vivek. Together, they meet with Saigal to finalize a recording agreement. Rahul begins training Aarohi, and she signs a contract to become a playback singer for films. Aarohi’s career takes off, bringing happiness to her family and Rahul. However, rumors about Rahul exploiting Aarohi start circulating, leading him to relapse into alcoholism.
